I am a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-PT) and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS). I’ve trained for close to 13 years through private studios, gym/club environments and self-teaching. As a manager at a Gym for the Personal Training Department, I gained my experience in supervising up to 15 Training Assistant Managers for one year.
During the past several years, I’ve made fitness my career and an integral part of my personal life. I believe in the process of getting healthy and into shape, requires lifestyle changes. As your trainer, it is my job to teach, motivate and create a fun environment in which you can make the lifestyle changes necessary to make fitness an integral part of your life too.
My mission is to inspire my clients to reach their full potential. I will use motivation, education and a deep passion for what I do. My workouts will provide you with the tools needed to reach your goals and have your body operating at its’ highest levels.
ALL Performance Fitness Boot camp, focuses on all aspects of training. If your goals are fat loss, weight loss, and getting in shape, you’ll be able to achieve those goals in a FUN, MOTIVATING, and NON-INTIMIDATING workout environment! Some of our areas of focus include: Core Strength, Cardio, Balance, Strength, and Stability.
Different types of equipment you’ll use for the workouts are; TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, Resistance and Super bands, Battling Ropes, Medicine Balls, and the environment around us! All these together creates a FUN and EXCITING workout experience!
